Full-stack Next.js 16 platform for a tutoring school, with a self-service admin dashboard (articles, results, teachers, categories). NextAuth v5 auth, Prisma/PostgreSQL, Vercel Blob with automatic image compression, Redis rate limiting, GDPR tooling, and bulk import of results from Excel/Word/PDF.

An end-to-end client for Bratnet's myDATA provider API: an Express integration layer implementing the POS and deferred-payment signature flows, myDATA code catalogs, MARK correlation for credit notes and sequence recovery — plus the React front end on top. Built with Bratnet, released open source.

Multi-Tenant RAG Knowledge Base (B2B SaaS)
A multi-tenant platform turning scattered internal documents into a retrieval assistant. Hybrid dense + sparse retrieval fused with RRF over ChromaDB, a parsing pipeline for PDF/DOCX/CSV/XLSX, and an embeddable chat widget locked to each tenant by strict origin validation. Dockerised, co-developed for the Netcompany hackathon.

Co-developed a production Flutter app with 6 game modes and a custom content-creation engine. Offline-first storage on Isar for instant retrieval of thousands of cards, plus a serverless deck-sharing protocol that encodes custom decks as GZip + Base64 text strings.

🥉 3rd Place — OpenUp Thessaloniki Climate Hackathon 2025
Led the frontend of an environmental-intelligence platform analysing air, water and recycling data per municipality. Custom weighted Water (WQI) and Air (AQI) indices, interactive Leaflet maps with compliance-based colour coding, and comparative dashboards over a Django REST API.
